Return Material Authorization Form
In case an upgrade or repair of your purchased Xylon products is required, please see below Xylon’s return process.
- Please fill out all mandatory fields in the form below. In case you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once submitted, a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) incl. the Return Authorisation Number will be sent to you. Please enclose one copy of the completed RMA form with the return package. Please do NOT return the goods until you receive the corresponding RMA.

RMA is valid for one month from date raised and will be issued per product returned.
If returned goods are no longer in warranty then the Customer will be advised regarding upgrade or, if applicable, repair costs before any work is carried out. If no response/purchase order is received after the return of goods from the Customer within the legal time frame, the goods will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
Please be informed that any data stored on the returned devices will be completely formatted during the repair process. As such, we strongly advise you to back up any stored data before returning any devices.
Goods cannot be accepted without this statement being completed.
Please be advised that you may be held legally responsible for any false declaration.
We recommend that all goods are returned via a traceable method.
We reserve the right to void the warranty on goods if they are returned in a state indicating improper use.
