Vehicle Tech Week Europe opens next week in Stuttgart, Germany, and we are excited to be part of one of its flagship events – Automotive Testing Expo Europe. Visit us in Hall 1, Booth 1671, to discover our latest testing solutions and see live demonstrations of HIL systems trusted by leading global Tier 1 suppliers and technology companies.
This year, we will showcase advanced solutions for ADAS, autonomous driving, data acquisition, and sensor validation.
Real-Time Sensor Injection HIL for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Ride Platform
The XYLON QUATTRO® HIL platform enables validation of ADAS software stacks running on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon® Ride™ platform using real-world sensor data captured from cameras, radars, GNSS, IMU, and CAN-based sensors and raw data injection. By recreating a “vehicle on the bench,” the system allows the Snapdragon Ride SA8775P SoC to host and execute the same software stack used in production vehicles. Automated CI/CD workflows across multiple HIL stations support continuous software validation and accelerate feedback cycles without requiring test vehicles or drivers. Read more!
HIL Test Bench for ZF’s Forward Facing Smart Camera 6
HIL simulations using synthetically generated data provide greater control and more cost-effective testing by reducing the number of test-driven miles. The demonstrated test bench allows ZF® engineers to explore a variety of HIL scenarios generated in CarMaker® from IPG Automotive and inject synthetic sensor data directly into the vision processor of ZF’s smart camera—while simultaneously recording debug data generated by the vision processor. With its flexible, modular architecture, the Xylon logiRECORDER 3.5 automotive HIL video logger converts synthetic data into automotive LVDS video, CAN, and Ethernet formats. Read more!
Accelerated Sensor-to-AI Processing with AMD Versal adaptive SoCs and AMD Ryzen Embedded Processors
For more than 30 years, Xylon has been delivering design services and developing advanced solutions based on AMD® FPGAs and adaptive SoCs. As a long-standing leader in adaptive computing innovation, we will showcase several demo systems built on the latest AMD integrated compute platforms, combining AMD Ryzen™ Embedded processors with AMD Versal™ AI Edge adaptive SoCs. Programmable architectures enable high-performance custom hardware that is often essential for integrating complex ADAS and autonomous driving systems, as well as advanced test and validation environments. If you’re looking for experienced FPGA and SoC experts to support your next project, talk to us.
Integrated Data Acquisition for the World’s Most Advanced Vehicle Programs
For data acquisition of valuable diagnostic information in test vehicles, you don’t need complex installations made from devices from multiple vendors. You don’t need complicated signal or protocol converters, and you don’t need custom software just to keep the system barely functional. XYLON QUATTRO Data Logger and HIL System can log all data simultaneously, without any additional components, even in today’s most advanced ADAS & Autonomous Driving setups.
At our booth, it will be showcased in a working setup with 15+ automotive video cameras of different resolutions and interfaces, as well as numerous Ethernet and CAN connections. Come and see for yourself how a single-provider, modular system can meet all your requirements.
Xylon Adds MIPI A-PHY Support
Xylon is expanding the connectivity capabilities of its XYLON QUATTRO Data Logging & HIL System with a new MIPI A-PHY I/O module. Based on the Valens® VA7031/VA7042 serializer/deserializer chipset and designed for next-generation automotive sensor architectures, the solution supports up to 16 A-PHY video channels per system and offers seamless integration with GMSL3, FPD-Link IV, and other industry-standard interfaces used in modern vehicles.
